The stayFritz story

stayFritz was founded on the belief that vacation rentals can be professionally managed while still offering a personal touch. As a family business, we specialize in renting and managing high-quality vacation rentals in top destinations in the Alps and beyond. We are not your typical Bavarian hosts. We are a modern, internationally oriented company that combines the values of passion, professionalism, and personal service. Each of our more than 152 accommodations is treated with the same care as if it were our own home.

Who is stayFritz
We are a family-run company based in Schliersee. We specialize in operating vacation apartments, vacation homes, and hotels in the Alpine region and beyond. We were founded in 2019 and have been entirely owner-managed ever since.
Is stayFritz a portal like Booking.com?
No. We are not a booking portal. All stayFritz accommodations belong to us, stayFritz GmbH.
What distinguishes stayFritz from other landlords?
We are not your typical landlord. As professional operators, we combine international standards with digital yet personal hospitality. Family-run, but professionally organized.
In which regions does stayFritz offer accommodations?
We operate properties in Bavaria (Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bayrischzell), Tyrol (Kitzbuehel, Arlberg), Croatia (Istria, Opatija) and Mallorca.
What makes stayFritz accommodations special?
stayFritz accommodations are located in regions that are attractive to tourists. We love the mountains, the sea, nature, and sports. We only operate in regions that we have personally selected and that we consider particularly exciting. We regularly visit our regions ourselves. In addition, each accommodation has a digital booking process and a digital guest journey. Every stayFritz accommodation is either fully equipped with a kitchen or offers breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available in every stayFritz accommodation.
